The results of Jokowi’s 10th meeting with President Xi Jinping in Beijing recently seemed to put Indonesia in the weakest position by offering China to play a bigger role in Indonesia is not without risk. #kbanews
AS children of the nation who love the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, of course, we are very, very disappointed with the eight agreements signed by President Jokowi and Chinese President Xi Jinping, at the Jinniu Hotel, Chengdu, last Thursday 27 July. The reason is that with the eight agreements the Jokowi regime did something to Chineseize Indonesia.
Here are the eight agreements signed last week:
1. Protocol on Inspection and Quarantine Requirements for Export of Konjac Powder from Indonesia to China;
2. Protocol on Phytosanitary Requirements for Export of Tabasheer from Indonesia to China;
3. Health Sector Cooperation Action Plan;
4. Memorandum of Understanding on Joint Research and Development Centers;
5. Memorandum of Understanding on Planning Cooperation Sharing Knowledge and Experience regarding the Transfer of Indonesia’s New State Capital (IKN);
6. Memorandum of Understanding on Increasing Indonesia-China Cooperation “Two Countries, Twin Parks;
7. Memorandum of Understanding on Chinese Language Education; and
8. Memorandum of Understanding on Economic and Technical Cooperation
However, the agreements were unequal and detrimental to Indonesia. Moreover, handing over the planning for the construction of IKN to China is similar to surrendering with a hunchback. Why isn’t it dangerous? Yes, it’s dangerous…
Surprisingly, the Assembly, the Defense Minister, the House, and the TNI Commander were silent and did not react to deviations from the eight agreements, especially regarding the IKN.
Is there an article in the IKN Law that allows IKN to be sewn to foreign countries? And even more strange, all state institutions are muted, and no one gives their views. What else is a political party, the important thing is to be a part.
Since the 1945 Constitution was replaced by the 2002 Constitution, it has turned the nation and state system upside down. The Pancasila ideology was replaced by Individualism, Liberalism, and Capitalism.
Power is no longer negotiated but is fought for with more votes, winning and losing, fighting, strength, debt, and wealth where a lot of money can buy democracy. Everything is completely transactional at prices.
The state no longer uses the constitution. What is President Jokowi’s authority as head of state to sign an agreement with China? What’s the base? As head of state, of course. Is there an article in the constitution regarding the authority of the head of state in the 2002 Constitution?
Indonesia is a country of law, not a country of power! Regarding the power of the Head of State in which article, so that he has the authority to sell IKN to China? Can the Coordinating Minister for Political, Legal, and Security Affairs explain to the people what article the authority of the head of state is?
Our ancestor Eyang Kertanegara or known as Sri Maharaja Kertanegara was seen as the first Javanese ruler who had a great desire to unite the archipelago.
In the Negarakartagama book, Kertanegara is said to have mastered all of Java, Sunda, and Madura. He sent a military expedition to Malaya, took control of Pahang on the Malay Peninsula, also conquered Bali, and took its king as a prisoner in 1284
Long story short, the Mongol military troops from China arrived at Majapahit on March 1, 1293. Previously, they landed in Tuban, setting up camp on the banks of the Brantas River. The Mongol’s to Java was a military invasion to attack Java.
At that time, Kublai Khan sent around 30,000 troops to Java to punish King Kertanegara of the Singasari Kingdom. However, this massive attack ended in the defeat of the Mongols.
With Raden Wijaya’s ingenuity, the Mongol troops withdrew and left the land of Java back to China. The event is thought to have occurred on May 31, 1293, in Java, precisely in the Surabaya area.
Listening to the historical story shows that we are not a nation of tempe. We have mighty ancestors where at that time the whole world was subdued by the Mongols, including the Jazeera Arabs, but not the Javanese. Precisely Raden Wijaya was able to expel the Mongols and made them leave Java.
So why are we now a powerless country against China and what we want we can’t refuse?
The fact is, what about nickel, which is sold for only 35 dollars, whereas in Shanghai it is 85 dollars? Not to mention being tax-exempt for 30 years. Already, they are still smuggling 5 million tons of nickel ore to China and we are unable to protest, let alone cut off ears like King Kertanegara did.
Not to mention Tangguh Gas which is sold cheaply to China. Mineral expert Dr. Kurtubi gave an example, natural gas exports to China have been going on for years at a very cheap price of only US$ 4 per MMBTU (Million Metric British Thermal Unit).
Even though the current world gas market price is US$ 20 per MMBTU, of course exporting gas to China is detrimental to the count.
Even though the current world gas market price is US$ 20 per MMBTU, of course exporting gas to China is detrimental to the country. Meanwhile, the people were told to stand in line to buy LPG while China was given a low price.
All this must stop. We don’t need to build IKN in a hurry. Let later the nation’s children build and be built with a high sense of nationalism and on their consideration.
There is no need to stitch up the National Capital of China. And there is no need to change the Indonesian unified language to Chinese.
Open your chest, where is your nationalism which has always shouted NKRI, Pancasila is Dead? Where, where?
