BATANG | KBA – Indonesian Vice Presidential Candidate, Abdul Muhaimin Iskandar, or Gus Imin, has expressed that the energy for change has spread throughout various regions. According to him, people today want a better change.
“The pulse of the energy for change is widespread; it turns out the people need change, they need their fortunes to improve,” said Gus Imin in Batang, Central Java, Thursday, November 16, 2023.
The Number 1 Vice Presidential Candidate expressed his gratitude to all the endorsing parties and also the volunteers of the Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar (AMIN) pair who have worked hard to campaign for the energy of change across the country.
“Thank God hard work does not betray results. I feel firsthand that the PKB machine moves quickly, the PKS machine moves, the Nasdem machine moves, plus the volunteers,” said Gus Imin.
Gus Imin also touched on the neutrality of the Civil Service (ASN), Police, and KPU. He insisted that neutrality is absolute, “What is important now is that everyone learns from mistakes, neutrality is absolute. If not (neutral), the election is dirty. If the election is dirty, Indonesia will be destroyed because of zero point of democracy,” he stressed.
“Every referee has to be fair. ASN, Police, KPU, all must really maintain. Not for AMIN, but for an election born fair will strengthen the new government,” he continued.
The General Chairman of PKB stated that whichever pair wins will have strong support from the Indonesian people, “Whoever wins later will receive strong support from all parties, it’s called legitimacy,” he concluded.
It is known that the General Elections Commission (KPU) conducted the drawing of numbers for the Presidential-Vice Presidential candidates on Tuesday, November 13, 2023. And the AMIN pair got ballot number 1.

Vice Presidential Candidate of Indonesia, Abdul Muhaimin Iskandar or Gus Imin wants to involve all entrepreneurs in Indonesia in national development. He does not want large projects in the country to be enjoyed only by a few.
“National development projects are big, they should not be enjoyed by a particular group, all entrepreneurs must be part of fair business actors,” said Gus Imin while giving a press statement after a meeting with Kiai Kampung in Batang, Central Java, Thursday, November 16, 2023.
